This post will be updated as fake accounts are received. For those questioning the information here, we place accounts here that a) post multiple comments of the same sort (i.e. Spam) and b) accounts that are obviosuly trying to entrap twitter users who are tweeting from Iran or c) those who obviously are trying to spread mis-information. If we arent 100% sure we will put in it the “To watch” or “Suspected” list.

Cyberwar: China vs U.S.A.

leave a comment

CyberWar

On Tuesday Pentagon officials admitted that hackers from China had entered the network of the Pentagon and in June they had to stop the non encrypted email system for three weeks.
But a spokesman of China’s People’s Liberation Army (PLA) denies that was responsible for the hack and he said: “It is often very difficult to pinpoint the true origin of a particular intrusion”.
A report in the Financial Times, citing former US officials, said the PLA was behind the hack, and described the cyber attack as the most successful on Pentagon networks.
The FT cited one source as saying there was a “very high level of confidence … trending towards total certainty” that the PLA was to blame.

Instead Al Jazeera says that China denies Pentagon cyber attack…

Who is tellling the truth? China or U.S.A.? Financial Times or Al Jazeera?

Pre-crime Cameras

Pre-crime

An “intelligent” CCTV camera designed to predict when a person may commit a crime. It has been tested in Great Britain, one of the most “spied” countries.

Till now there are 4.2m cameras in Britain, and the new “pre-crime cameras” can even detect suspicious behaviour, looking at movements and facial expressions.
Peter Fry, director of the CCTV User Group, said that “Intelligent CCTV will become the norm in the next decade,” i think there’ll be many problems recognizing criminals from shoppers with unusual shopping movement and patterns, so please act just like the mass, unless you can be checked as criminal….
